Refresher Policy

Refresher planning is risk-based and aligned to JOIFF competency levels; schedules are communicated with clients.

Safety & Risk Management

  • Participant caps for live scenarios; emergency standby measures
  • Liability insurance where required by host site

Governance & Commercial Terms
